Karl Malden and Michael Douglas continue their hunt for criminals as San Francisco detectives Mike Stone and Steve Keller, respectively, in the second volume of episodes from the classic crime drama's first season. A policewoman plays a dangerous role in a rape investigation; a priest refuses to give up a murderer's whereabouts; and Stone gets taken hostage by a gang of desperate bank robbers.
