With a successful career, gorgeous trophy wife, dazzling sports car and a house to die for, Michael Reynolds (Woody Harrelson) has just about everything a young doctor could hope for -- except, perhaps, compassion. When a patient kidnaps him, he may just acquire some. Taken hostage at gunpoint by a half-Navajo teenager (Jon Seda) who's been told he has only two months to live, the doctor accompanies the young man to a legendary healing place.
