Soon after selling his first television pilot to one of the networks, idealistic writer Mike Klein (David Duchovny) watches in horror as his vision is transformed into something altogether different by a misguided TV exec (Sigourney Weaver). Ioan Gruffudd, Justine Bateman and Lucy Davis co-star in this hilarious look at what goes into creating the shows we come to love, based in part on the personal experiences of writer-director Jake Kasdan.
