Civil War veteran and ace gunfighter Bill Longley (cowboy matinee star Rory Calhoun) finds adventure and romance as he roams the small towns of Texas, fighting evil wherever he finds it. This well-regarded Western series, which ran from 1958 to 1960, features appearances from a wide range of respected character actors, including Alan Hale Jr., James Coburn, Denver Pyle, Mike Connors and Harry Dean Stanton.
