The Tollbooth
(2004)|
Determined to make it big in the New York City art world -- and to live an unconventional life -- 22-year-old Sarabeth Cohen (Marla Sokoloff) can't shake the influence of her domineering Jewish-American parents (Ronald Guttman and Tovah Feldshuh). But as Sarabeth's family starts to come apart at the seams, she's forced to make a tough choice in director Debra Kirschner's witty indie comedy. Rob McElhenney plays Sarabeth's gentile boyfriend.
