When Los Angeles private eye Connor Spears (Casper Van Dien) learns that his ex-girlfriend Kim (Lexa Doig) has been kidnapped by a ruthless gang, he heads for New York to track her down. Out of his element, he finds himself in the middle of a conflict between the Chinese and Russian mobs -- and that Kim's family may not be totally innocent. Can Spears rescue his former flame without triggering an international gang war?
