Experiments with human glands have produced a number of hideous mutants in Dr. Charles Conway's foreboding house on a hill, but that doesn't stop Conway (horror legend John Carradine) from going back to the table -- using passing visitors eager for his medical services! With his henchman, Lobo (Tor Johnson), Conway sets his sights on an undercover cop determined to end this parade of monsters and madness.
