At the end World War II, veteran Noah Locke (Chris Klein) returns home to find nothing but loss -- his parents deceased, his brother (Jackson Rathbone) in the slammer and the family farm sold. Moving to a new community replete with kindred spirits offers hope, but Noah's happiness proves fragile in this Emmy-nominated Hallmark Hall of Fame adaptation of Terry Kay's novel. Gretchen Mol, Zach Mills and Robert Prosky also star.
