Mark (Arne Lenk) and Sophie (Lisa Potthoff) are getting married, and despite the presence of Mark's boorish father, Hermann (Armin Rohde), the ceremony goes according to plan. But at the reception, a minor disagreement over some food escalates into a full-scale war between Hermann and the hotel owner, resulting in a hostage crisis and gun battle. Based on Jean Van Hamme's comic book, this uproarious satire takes wedding disasters to new heights.
