Richard and George-Anne Carlton (Douglas Fairbanks Jr. and Janet Gaynor) are con artists who can spot an easy mark a mile away. Their weapon of choice is a deck of cards, with which they usually they make a mint, but their latest scam has gotten them booted from Monte Carlo. On the train, they meet a rich, elderly woman (Minnie Dupree) who seems to be their ticket out of Poorville. But when they're not looking, they slowly develop a conscience. …
