Tough cop Katie Coltrane (Whoopi Goldberg) never bargained on getting a dinosaur for a partner, but that's what happens in this futuristic comedy directed by Jonathan Betuel. Thanks to modern science, dinosaurs are once again roaming Earth -- but this time, they talk and act just like humans. Their first assignment? A murderer is on the loose, and his victims are prehistoric animals. It's up to Theodore and Katie to crack the case!
