Capone (Paul Campbell), a tough undercover cop in Kingston, Jamaica, must steer an old friend away from a dangerous life in this colorful crime thriller. When Capone returns to his old neighborhood to find that his closest childhood pal Ratty (Mark Danvers) now works as a gun runner for a mob boss, he's torn between personal loyalty and professional duty.
