In this anime series, bemused teenager Takeru (voiced by Braden Hunt) is beginning to feel despondent about life when he happens upon the beautiful Hikari (Cynthia Martinez), a girl who literally falls from the stars and changes his world. Riddled with a murky past and looking toward an even darker future, Hikari unknowingly leads Takeru and his friends down a dangerous path -- one by which unsuspecting Takeru will come to learn how cruel the world really can be.
