Gardener Gopi (Kamal Hassan) falls in love with his employer (Radha), but she's preoccupied with another man, Vinoth (also played by Hassan), who's succumbed to a drug addiction under the influence of a crook (K.A. Thangavelu) intent on stealing his property. So strong is his devotion to his beautiful boss that the compassionate Gopi agrees to help save Vinoth and protect what's rightfully his. Sulokshana and Jamuna co-star in this Indian drama.
