Three Faces West

After escaping Hitler's wrath, Dr. Karl Braun (Charles Coburn) and his daughter, Leni (Sigrid Gurie), settle in small-town North Dakota. But they must now deal with the forces of nature, as the Dust Bowl threatens to obliterate everything in its path. With the help of the town's leader, John Phillips (John Wayne), the residents move to Oregon, but all still isn't well: John has fallen for Leni, who's already spoken for. Do they stand a chance?
