When moonshiner Harley Thomas (David Carradine) bets Ralph Junior (Roger C. Carmel) he can deliver his shipment of illegal liquor faster than Ralph, the race is on in this wacky action adventure as the two try to outwit each other and the cops who are hot on their trails. Helped by his girlfriend, Nancy Sue Hunnicutt (Kate Jackson) -- who also happens to be Ralph's daughter -- Harley is determined to win at any cost.
