Eileen Atkins and Trevor Peacock star in this BBC production of Shakespeare's tragedy about the brutal war between Roman general Titus Andronicus and Queen Tamora of the Goths. When Titus executes Tamora's son, the queen vows revenge and begins a ruthless war against his friends and family. Shakespeare's bloodiest saga exposes wartime atrocities in a conflict marked by murder, rape, torture and cannibalism. Anna Calder-Marshall also stars.
