Based on the true story of Crippled Ho (played by Ray Lui), a small-time criminal who became a notorious Hong Kong gangster, this film traces the petty criminal's climb to the top. Along the way, audiences get an instructive look at the tactics Ho employed as well as the battles he fought within his own faction. The film's strong supporting cast includes Cecilia Yip (Peace Hotel), Kent Cheng (Crime Story) and Kenneth Tsang (Once a Thief).
