Special features on this bonus disc include a 2-hour documentary about the life and career of director Yasujiro Ozu, featuring former assistant Shohei Imamura plus several critics and actors. A tribute to Ozu includes reflections from directors Stanley Kwan, Claire Denis, Paul Schrader and Wim Wenders. Also included are an interview with cinematographer Yuharu Atsuta and an essay by author David Bordwell.
