Gross-out comedian Tom Green heads to Japan for this outrageous special packed with juvenile high jinks, including visiting a sacred shrine dressed in Elvis attire and harassing unwitting train travelers. Green also browses a used-panty shop in Tokyo, dons a Godzilla costume to torment monkeys at a zoo, shocks noodle-shop patrons with his deplorable table manners and brings a sex toy to a sushi restaurant.
