The final installment of the Tomie sequence features a man whose first love, Tomie (Nozomi Andô), haunts him to this very day. His feelings are still so strong that he even named his daughter Tomie. When his daughter brings home a friend one day who's also named Tomie (Aoi Miyazaki), he's further shocked to find that she looks exactly like his former love. Will this new Tomie be a welcome link to his past, or a dangerous game?
