Fitness expert Tamilee Webb leads viewers through two easy-to-follow stretching programs: "Beginners Stretch for Flexibility," a 30-minute routine; and "Total Body Stretch for Beginners," which includes three 10-minute routines. The first program enables practitioners to create a balance between body, mind and spirit while experiencing deep relaxation; the second works on major muscle groups to help prevent soreness and injuries due to exercise.
