When scientists realize that Pasquale's (Totò) blood is similar to that of a monkey's, they decide to send him on a mission into space. But Pasquale's exploration of the cosmos experiences setbacks when German spies and aliens harass him and his partner. A legendary Italian comedian, Totò provides many laughs in this science fiction comedy, which also stars Sylva Koscina, Ugo Tognazzi and Sandra Milo.
