When mobster Tony Franco (Harry Worth) kills their grandfather over a fake "winning" lottery ticket, Mike (Frankie Darro) and Gloria (Phyllis Cerf) team up with an intrepid reporter (Kane Richmond) to expose the crook and his phony sweepstakes scam. But they soon learn that Franco will stop at nothing to make sure his profitable racket continues uninterrupted. S. Roy Luby directs this drama that also stars Burr Caruth.
