Thanks to a cruel and deadly government plot involving poisonous jet trails, the population of Spokane, Wash., falls prey to a contagious virus, and it's up to public-health worker Dr. Tess Martin (Anne Heche) to uncover the fiendish plan and discover the cure. Making matters worse, her 10-year-old son has been infected. The stakes climb quickly in this tense suspense thriller, also starring James Tupper.
