A pair of two-bit crooks on a crime spree steals more than $1 million in cash and bling bling, stashing the booty under an abandoned factory before meeting an untimely demise. The story becomes urban legend till 20 years later, long after a housing project has replaced the plant. When word leaks that an underachieving college student (Andrae Noel) has a clue to the loot's locale, the 'hood goes into a digging frenzy in this genial comedy.
