Parolee Raymond Lembecke (Vincent Gallo) reunites with his girlfriend (Kim Dickens) and engineers a drug heist with partners Marcus (Mykelti Williamson) and Curtis (Kiefer Sutherland, who also directed). But they botch the job and take it on the lam to the titular town for a rendezvous with a drug connection. Along the way, they kidnap a pair of hostages (Kevin Pollak and Grace Phillips), oblivious to the mobsters and G-men on the quartet's tail.
