Vinod Gupta (Rajat Kapoor) is the hard-working chairman of a profitable company, but because of his constant duties at work, he's unable to spend much time with his wife, Kamini (Manisha Koirala). When Kamini crosses paths with young fashion photographer Jatin (Karan Nath) after Vinod fails to show up for their anniversary celebration, she's instantly charmed, sparking an encounter that will change their lives forever.
