When gang member Laughing (Michael Tse) infiltrates the Chinese police force as a mole for his underworld crime boss, Brother Yat (Anthony Wong Chau-Sang), he fools the cops so thoroughly that they send him undercover to spy on the activities of none other than Brother Yat himself. Now a double double agent, Laughing must decide if in his heart he is a crook or a cop. Herman Yau directs this drama that co-stars Francis Ng and Eric Tsang.
