A $20 bill provides a unique perspective as it wends its way through the various strata of America's classes, providing an up-close-and-personal look at our society and the American experience. Among the characters who latch onto the "dead president" are a thief, a stripper and a grandmother. Christopher Lloyd, Diane Baker, Steve Buscemi, Linda Hunt and Elisabeth Shue star in this Capra-esque comedy directed by Keva Rosenfeld.
