Twisted Justice

It's the year 2020, and Los Angeles has become so violent that firearms have been banned. The violence hasn't ceased, however, and beautiful women are now being targeted in a rash of homicides. When the police commander (Erik Estrada) assigns the case to maverick detective James Tucker (David Heavener), he takes the cocky cop's illegal gun away. Now, Tucker must protect himself with just a tranquilizer gun and his fists.
