Couch potatoes rule in this offbeat comedy about TV-loving slacker Curtis (Don McKellar) and his girlfriend, Hope (Molly Parker). Supporting themselves by charging outrageous rent to roommates, the couple finds themselves in bizarre situations often mediated by a noxious TV talk show. Self-referential and smart (Joyce DeWitt meets look-alikes on the faux talk show episode "I Look Like Joyce DeWitt"), this series will have you glued to the tube.
