An all-forgiving, beneficent God ain't nowhere in sight in this movie that has the deity planning to unleash Armageddon very soon. Why? Because He's fed up with mankind's crappy attitude. That leaves a struggling inventor and a bank teller -- both amateur criminals -- to figure out a way to save Earth from the apocalypse.
