In this emotional family saga, Raja (Jeetendra) is an orphan who was adopted and raised by the kind and generous Dr. Shivnath (Madan Puri). Given the opportunity to learn law in Bangalore, Raja studies hard and conducts himself responsibly, while Shivnath's real son, Premnath, gets involved with the wrong people and gambles away his father's wealth. Raja decides he must face the responsibility of providing money for his adoptive family.
