It's the year 2000, and interplanetary outlaw Zorback has ignored the Universal Treaty, coming from Mars to Earth to wreak bloody mayhem. The only ones who can stop the savage murderer are the Ultracops, a futuristic fighting force led by Nunez (Yukari Oshima). The Ultracops must use their incredible firepower and expert fighting skills to stop the intergalactic terrorist in this Hong Kong martial arts sci-fi adventure directed by Philip Ko.
