After miraculously surviving a terrible plane crash, wealthy businessman Nick (Gabby Concepcion) is stricken with a severe case of amnesia. Beautiful painter Diosa (Sharon Cuneta) nurses Nick back to health and falls in love with him in the process. But when Nick regains his memory, he must choose whether to stay with Diosa -- or return to his fiancée, Vanessa (Dawn Zulueta).
