Two international terrorists -- Rebecca Eche (Olivia Hussey) and Hannibal (Vernon G. Wells) -- kill the U.S. ambassador to Poland and escape to Hong Kong with a plan to attack an international business conference. Now, CIA agent Gary Redner (Peter Lapis) and local inspector Bong (Danny Lee) must put their differences aside and team up to stop them. It's a race against the clock in this action-packed adventure from Hong Kong filmmaker Ringo Lam.
