Twin grade-schoolers Nicole and Nelson use their telepathic powers to investigate an incident of vandalism that occurred while school was out for the summer. With whiz kid George and his many contraptions at their aid, the pair tries desperately to crack the case before a board meeting at the school. Will they be able to find the culprit in time?
