Before he meets Minoes (Carice van Houten), a cat that has turned into a human, struggling journalist Tibbe (Theo Maassen) seems destined to lose his job. But with Minoes's help uncovering secret information from local cats, Tibbe develops a major story that could make his career. A sweet and charming tale based on a novel by Annie M.G. Schmidt, this fantasy film also stars Sarah Bannier, Hans Kesting and Olga Zuiderhoek.
