In this slyly amusing tale from director Yinan Diao, opportunistic tailor Wang Xiaojian (Hongli Liang) solves two problems at once when he dons a policeman's uniform left in his family's shop. With an ailing father to care for and mounting medical bills, Wang masquerades as a cop to shake down unsuspecting lawbreakers. Meanwhile, his charade helps him romance a pretty shop girl (Xueqiong Zeng) -- who's leading her own double life.
