Out-of-work window washer Norman (Norman Wisdom) lands a job cleaning the windows of Lady Banderville's manor home. The work is fine, but he's often the victim of pranks by her ladyship's bored, mischievous son, Sir Reginald (Michael Caridia). When Reg insists Norman accompany him into town, the trip leads to a kidnapping, amnesia and a case of mistaken identity that could land Norman in prison for 25 years. Ambrosine Phillpotts co-stars.
