Former special ops agent Simon Ballester (Steven Seagal) resorts to vigilante justice after his son -- a police officer -- is gunned down in a drive-by shooting. Authorities deem the case unsolvable, forcing Simon to take matters into his own hands. In a desperate hunt for the killer, Simon moves into the hood and hits the streets, questioning locals, roughing up gangsters and making dangerous enemies. Eddie Griffin also stars.
