When a run-in with a ruthless vampire (Rudy Ray Moore) leads him into an unfamiliar world, dogged police officer Derek Washington (Ron Hall) knows his street skills are no match for the undead. To prepare himself for the ultimate battle between good and evil, Washington seeks out the reclusive Master Kao (Gerald Okamura), one of the last living vampire hunters on earth, to teach him everything he needs to know.
