Filmmaker Jess Franco combines sex and gore in this cult classic featuring the return of Irina, a bloodthirsty creature (formerly a Native American princess) who roams a small New Mexico town in search of a successor to carry on her vampire legacy. A female doctor who arrives in town turns out to be just what Irina's looking for. Stars Samantha Olsen and Lina Romay.
