Young Venkat (Prabhas) and Sailaja (Trisha Krishnan) fall in love, but a shrewd and cruel land baron also wants to marry Sailaja, and he will stop at nothing to have her. First, he demands Sailaja's hand in marriage in payment for her father's gambling debt, but finally resorts to kidnapping the young girl. Will Venkat be able to get past Sailaja's scheming father and rescue his true love in time? Or is it already too late?
