An accident victim is saved by Good Samaritan Bhagyaraj, who must pretend the wounded girl is his wife in order to admit her to the hospital. Upon her release, the girl -- who's lost her memory -- returns home with Bhagyaraj and assumes the role of his wife. A simple case of amnesia turns into adventure and romance as Bhagyaraj confesses that he's virtually a stranger to the girl, and then sets about to unravel her history and locate her family.
