Fed up with her conventional husband, Sugunan (Jayaram), and his lack of respect for the work she does to keep their household running smoothly, Bindu (Gopika) declares she's going on strike and leaves everything in Sugunan's hands. Now, Sugunan not only has to tend to the drudgeries of "women's work" but also has to care for their teenage daughter, Anjana (Niveditha), who can be quite a handful.
