Director Shinya Tsukamoto's emotionally resonant drama stars Tadanobu Asano as amnesiac Hiroshi Takagi, whose memory was lost after being in an auto accident that claimed the life of his girlfriend (Nami Tsukamoto). The discovery of an anatomy book in his closet soon reawakens Hiroshi's interest in medicine and sends him back to school.
