The crumbling casino town of Blackpool, England, is down on its luck. But ambitious entrepreneur Ripley Holden (David Morrissey) has plans to turn the sleepy seaside burg into the Continent's answer to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, his dreams of glitz and glamour lose their luster when a dead body turns up in his newly opened gambling house. Defying categorization, this quirky miniseries is part drama, part mystery and part musical.
