An unassuming dressmaker becomes superhuman in this good vs. evil Filipino fantasy. After miraculously surviving three lightning strikes, Perla (Ai-Ai de las Alas) develops the ability to generate heat, electricity and lightning -- and she morphs into superheroine Volta. Meanwhile, the malevolent Celphora (Jean Garcia) and her vile minions plan to control the world using Volta as a power source. Can she stop them?
